The right tackle for UNC and the tight end for FSU were giving away their down blocks in pre snap alignments everytime. Wonderful video for sure and im sure those players were focused on in film sessions and taken advantage of.

Great video, but really let's be fair to say here it really comes down to the athletes and who's guys are better coached up. But awesome video.

I have fallen in love with BC's defense over the past several years. Those guys look extremely heavy handed. Meaning when they touch ball carriers the play is over.

Depends on your personnel. If you have a solid front 4 then yeah...4-3 works. I've always leaned towards the 3-4 personally because if you have 2 agile backers then you're set. I'd rather have the flexibility in blitz packages/disguises, drop coverage, and run blitzing. However, best 4-3 I can remember was the Panthers when they had that stacked front 4. Man those guys tore up O-Lines.

focus MIND A lot of modern 3-4 defenses actually use nickel packages a lot, so they’re technically 3-3-5, you are right. Usually the nickelback is a LB/S hybrid type player. Think of the Patriots.
