I know you are trying to do good, but please be aware that ground flax seeds (exp. flaxseed flour) contain cyanide and consuming larger amounts could be harmful

Non taken. I don’t eat meat and. I only eat eggs and seafood occasionally (as shown on my dinner here). I can find all the good nutrients in a Vegetarian diet too

​@@Gabyinspiredlife Still bunch of deficiencies: Saturated animal fats, not enough of the vitamins hence the eggs are cooked to de@th. I'd recommend to cook the egg whites and leave yolk raw -> most nutrients are found in yolk and the eggwhites have antinutrients which make the absolute absorption of most vitamins and other micronutrients in the egg more difficult. Also man-made plants aren't healthy since they've been cultivated to be LESS TOXIC. Any antioxidants that they supposedly have are automatically toxins since they protect the plant from insects,.. whatever. The bitterness must be a hint. If you worry about vitamin c you get that from fruits which at least are hydrating, if you worry about fiber : It is indigestible :).

Yes of course! Almond Pancakes: 1 egg 1/4 egg white 1/4 almond flour 1 tsp Vanilla extract (optional Mix and cook in coconut oil or any other healthy oil Dragon fruit refresher: ➡️Layer 1: 1 tbsp dragon fruit powder 1/4 water 1 tsp monkfruit (or more TT) Mix well and pour in a glass with ice ➡️Layer 2: Then add 1/2 cup of almond or coconut milk on top of Layer 1 ➡️Layer 3: Then add 1/4 of frothed almond/coconut creamer over Layer 2 That’s how I create the 3 layers! And then finally mix everything when you are ready to drink it. Homemade flaxseed bread: 3 cups of flaxseed flour 3 cups of egg whites 1 tsp of baking powder Mix well and pour in a silicone mold. Once in the mold, add everything bagel seasoning and bake at 380F 1 hour!

Sure 😊! 3 cups of flaxseed flour 3 cups of egg whites 1tsp of baking powder Mix well, add to a mold and top it off with Everything Bagel Seasoning. Bake at 380F for 1 hour
