Where do you get all these scopes and cool weapons? Are you playing story mode or warfare? I like Stalker a lot and im using expedition most recent update. But i barely find any cool guns like those and scopes. I get always shotguns or other normal rifles but never "military". Im not in endgame and probably also not midgames but where do you buy them?

@@faydulaksono graphics and animation, and some minor gameplay. Expedition is good for STALKER 2 preparation. Gamma or EFP is 70-80% another game, extremely complex.

Just vignette and smart_sharp. I've the graphics settings maxed with grass density high, grass rendering gistance 110 and grass size 1.3

@@PogMoThoin22 I played a lot of efp but I don’t like some aspects. So I tried Expedition yesterday but the graphic was absolute crap because I was too dump for the settings… maybe I will try gamma today. In addition to gamma, do you use some graphic mods?

@@greysaturday474 no there's not much need for graphics mods, visually it looks really well out of the tin, much better than EFP. The only thing I did was increase the grass. I tried an autumn leaves mod but went back to vanilla gamma as I preferred it. It's a very polished mod pack, runs lovely, no bugs, everything thought of. Let me know how it goes. Enjoy

Read the readme. It's an easy install doesn't require a mod manager. You download both anomaly and expedition. extract both to different folders and then copy in the "dB" folder from base anomaly to expedition

@@tobybackscratcher4706 yes you over write the db folder with the anomaly files. The db folder that it comes with is from the vanilla game. See readme

@jojoseph5 Exactly, Arrowhead will patch Arma2 when its installing and then the latest arrowhead patch will update Arma2 also

@jojoseph5 Yes, It'll have to be installed in 2 parts, install Arma2 first then Arrowhead, then patch Arrowhead to latest version 1.56 (Arrowhead patch contains Arma2 patch) Defragment your hard drive after, v important

@jojoseph5 If You already have Arma2 then You'll be running all Arma2 content in Arrowhead as long as You install it in the same folder (it'll detect it), just launch Arrowhead and it'll run Arma2 as a mod giving all content, maps and missions.

@Haloman728 MP lag depends on the quality of Your broadband connection or the connection to the server. I've hosed 6-7 players in A2 on my home connection, no problem

@Zipper5931 Lol, I know I can but I just hate hearing my own voice, I've record external input unchecked ;) Mumble is the best voip utility. We've tried them all, TS, Vent, none of them can compare to Mumble, its just crystal clear. Some peeps have problems with the overlay though

@PogMoThoin22 Do you have Vista or Windows 7? You should be able to tell Fraps to record from both your in-game sound and microphone under the Movies tab. Anyways, thanks, I've heard good things about Mumble and Arma 2.

The only problem with Cheneraus is that theres no deserts, only trees. Trees kill my frame rate. Im running it on a 8600gts. Im gonna upgrade to a 9800gt and have everything run fine on high, with a decent resolution. At the moment im running it on 800x600 and everything at low D:

Not at all, but fraps recording, even to a different drive is the killer, its whats causing the stuttering. Sahrani runs lovely on ArmA 2, You can turn the view distance to 6000+ and get playable fps
