This video is full of yoga poses. It has nothing to do with pilates IMO -- at least not any pilates I have done and I've taken classes for years. It does, however, remind me of several yoga classes I have taken. 😐

Thank you for your feedback! I did incorporate a mix of Standing Pilates and Yoga Core exercises in this particular workout. If you prefer strictly Pilates, try my Mat Pilates workouts. Or if you like, try my other Cardio Pilates workouts. Most of them are predominantly Pilates and Barre exercises.😀

Hi Patty! So nice to hear from you!!! I have a full one just like our class posted about two years ago called Total Body Pilates Flow workout. Click on videos and keep scrolling down and look for a 45 minute long video. Or if you like you can put two videos together. I posted a video about 2 months ago called Thighs and Butt tone and burn workout and that’s just like our leg workout we do in class with a few extra exercises to firm the buttocks. Hi Coach Sofia! I am a man and just saw this lesson because my mother-in-law does this workout! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together 😟

@@pilatesflowyogawithsofia3489Coach Sofia I had tried the exercise with my mother-in-law but I could not lift her dumbbells at all 😟 She told that they were her smallest lightest dumbbells. I don't know what to do 😟

Hi Rubin! Don’t worry about it. Try doing the workout 3 to 5 times without the weights first. Once you get comfortable with the workout then try implementing some light weights but just with a few exercises, and even just for a few repetitions. Then slowly and gradually when you get stronger, start using the weights in a few more repetitions and exercises. You’ll see you’ll get stronger. But take your time, there’s no need to rush. Be patient with yourself and most importantly have fun!😄 Good luck and please keep me posted with how your progress is going!😁
