For those who complain about the music, very easy to rectify..tone down the volume. Enjoyed the 2018 Chelsea Flower show. Looking forward to September 2021 delayed showing and can’t wait the deferent plants on display for late season flowering.

It's beautiful... But How to save it from drying.. Should we iron it to avoid fungus?
@ThePetalogist4 жыл бұрын
The nature of petal art is that it's ephemeral so we need to learn to appreciate it's short life and enjoy it while it lasts. It's a good reminder of living in the moment and realising that nothing lasts forever. 🌸🌸🌸

Lovely walk--the white Japanese anemones are delightful. I was treated to some white anemones at the Flowering Bridge in Lake Lure, North Carolina. As for gardens in Great Britain that I want to visit some day, Great Dixter in East Sussex is one. I watched a video about it on The Middle Sized Garden KZbin channel.

I did and it's very worrying. Shows like this one can spark people's desire to get into gardening and planting plants, offer advice and support and that's a good thing. If there were more gardeners the world would be a happier place.

I had no idea this show was so extensive with so many local shops participating. So much to see! I enjoyed the animal theme. The tortoise 🐢 was neat. I wonder what the huge brown pods were that made up his back. And the octopus 🐙 couple were cute. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for your comment! Happy to know you enjoyed watching the video. The show is big indeed and you can walk for hours to see all the floral displays. Some of the sea animals were so elaborate and cleverly made. I did a bit of research and it seems the big pods are from a sea heart tree also know as monkey-ladder. This tree produces the world's largest bean pods. What a great idea to use them for the tortoise back! ☺️

Thank you for your comment. I hope you make it to Kew Gardens one day. I didn't make the flag in the video. That one is made out of whole flower heads and I create solely with petals. ☺️I will definitely check your orchid videos. Thanks for the tip.
