I tried tuning to this tuning twice. First time It broke my g string. 2nd time it broke my B string.

can u please make videos showing us exactly where to put our fingers and on each fret. I’m super beginner but every guitar player is wayy to not explanatory
@PBeetheFoxКүн бұрын
Going from thickest string to thinnest: 1st chord(Cmaj7/G): Middle, ring, index, pinky 2nd chord(Dm7/A): middle, ring, index, pinky 7th chord (Bdim/F) index, ring, middle, pinky Those are the only three shapes, so each other chord uses the same fingers just on different frets. It's tough at first but keep practicing and your fingers will develop some strength and flexability to play these chords. Have fun!

so how does it get the slash? i know minimal music theory pls pls pls explain <3
@Ç33-i9w4 күн бұрын
Slash chords are chords in which the lowest note (bass) is not the tonic note. In case of the Bbadd9/D, the lowest note played is a D instead of a B, making it an inversion. You can also create slash chords in an arrangement if, for example, the guitar is playing the "normal" chord but the bass plays a chord note which isn't the tonic.

Im still trying to learn music theory but i thought that any 7th chord had to consist of four notes. The root, third, fifth and the added 7th. Is this true?
