@@CHpropertiesPH jazz building is not good we stayed there at a airbnb. The maintenance of building is not good. Too many young people in and out all day too busy ! Lots of short term rentals

What I have realized after home shopping in the Philippines is that the vast majority of homes you see for sale are built....not by the person who is going to live in it but built as an investment by the owner. Low quality construction is performed and low quality materials are used in order to maximize profits for the investor. Much of the sale price is simply going into the investors pocket and not in the construction of the home. You are much better off buying your own lot and hiring an architect and construction crew to build the house. Out of the 7 million....approx 3 will go onto the investors pocket since 81 square meters is a very small house. Labor is very cheap in the Philippines so impossible to justify this price for such a tiny house. Investors take advantage of your average Filipino home buyer. Do lots of research. This is a silly price for this house.
