She did not say, but once the beads have swelled up to fill the chosen vase you must pour water back into the vase to cover the beads or they will dry up

And they get gross after a while too. Just like water gets slimy if let to sit out for a long time. Mildew spots develop on them within a week or two

I have a 30” pulled vase with big ball bottom..i cant find any answers on how to get it to dry clear (without water spots) when theres no way of getting into and around the base..i tried blow dryer and the vacuum but it just seems to stay moist in the bottom

We do not offer feather lamps on our site, so I'm really not sure. I wouldn't recommend keeping feathers outdoors longterm.

You could, but the beads would be VERY small until you add water.
