Brilliant tutorial. I used to clean and work on my PlayStation Portable until one day I broke it by accident. I was crushed, but it was an accident, all i can do is accept that it happened and learn from it. A couple months later I accidentally ruined my Dualshock 4's joystick, at this point I had previously had experience with fixing it as well. It was at that point that I decided I am done trying to fix/clean them. So now I find myself in a situation, do I go to my ex's boyfriend who has a diploma in that stuff or the local phone shop whose owner is acquainted to my mom.

Interesting how for fifty years SLR/DSLRs are now considered Not Comfortable and Not Practical by the Millennial-ish crowds today. Really? what that tells me is that todays shooters who are saying that are not only pussies but also uninformed.

I followed this video to help my Xbox breathe again after 6years of not cleaning it. The dust was insane! Only problem I had was pull the bottom black bit off. I managed to get it off with abit of force but I damaged some clips and the Bluetooth button piece that sticks out.

thank you! my family and i were having a heck of a time with this... but after one glance at your video, i got it out within minutes. turns out its just so hard to see/find the screw that we had the wrong screw the whole time. in times like this, having a visual aid is miles better than trying to follow written instructions. you rock 💯💯

If the keyboard isn’t working before the cleaning, would the cleaning actually cause the keyboard to work afterwards? Otherwise, all that work would be a waste.

It depends what you find inside. If there's corrosion, cleaning won't help

I put too much force when trying to unscrew cause I wasn't sure if it was screwing, now I find its hard to see the screw. Have I ruined my chances of fixing this problem?

3:51 I can't for the love of my life lift this up as easy as you did in the video. The left part of the top cover is still really hard to lift up despite removing all the screws. I'm afraid of forcefully pulling it out as I might leave permanent damage.
