Realized that on the Matrix 8400 models there is no reset hole. You have to hold the slide button down, enter new code and then release button and new code is set. Not sure my set didn't have reset instructions. Maybe they should add that on the sticker explaining how to unlock

I absolutely love FoxNews and I saw the mega morning deals before Fathers Day this year and I bought 2 of their Martian Smart Watches they advertised. When I ordered they said no returns and I understood that “but” I did not think, That the watches I bought would be discontinued and the app you have to download will not work on my IPhone nor my husbands Android. My husband and I are not new to putting apps in our phones and using them, that being said the apps for the watches will not work and the phones will not connect to our phones. They came with no directions. When you look them up online the Manuel is discontinued. The mega deal person sent me the direction via email but they still don’t work. I have sent multiple emails about this issue. I have not gotten my money back and they have quit responding to my email. The morning mega deals are selling discontinued items and when discontinued you cant use the apps that go with the purchased item. I even tried to register the watches for the warrant and thought that’s why they didn’t work so I filled out everything in the warranty they provided and when done filling it out it would not let me send to the company. That was my first red flag. I am so dissatisfied with my purchase. I know own 2 more watches of probably 30 of them that only tell time, at this point that’s all these 3 watches do is keep time and don’t do what they said when I purchased them and leaving me with a bogus Fathers Day and Mother’s Day gift. I’m equally dissatisfied with Fox News for promoting these bogus watches. Unhappy in Mo.
