ME-OW! Throw me in a room with Dorothy Hamill, Lynda Carter and Farah Faucet and my teenage self would literally explode in a burst of hormones.

I'm surprised that Spielberg said Close Encounters was designed to have sequels. What was the reason that one was never made?

Those aliens weren't really good guys, though: they kidnapped people who had lives and families, THEN go on a spree terrorizing people!

Amazing to learn Steven considered Philippe Noiret, Yves Montand, Trintignant or Piccoli for Truffaut's role. I am sure they would have been equally good, but Francois had this genuine charm that none could have topped

What a terrible interview. It's no wonder Alan didnt like doing interviews if this is the sort of bullshit conversation he'd have to deal with.

I was a depressed kid for many reasons, but as a 4-year-old, I remember seeing Yankee Doodle Dandy on TV. It changed my life, and like many folks with this "gift." I had glimpses of happiness. Fast forward to 1973, the breakdown year and living in Hawaii. Went to the Kuihio Theatre and saw Sound of Music, which completely changed my emotions. Amazing what music can do.

I think his greatest role was as Ralph Cotter in Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye. Very underrated movie, Ward Bond was fantastic too in it.

Jimmy had a big farm estate at Martha's Vineyard, and it's still there. The movie he talks about was 'Ragtime', 1981. It wasn't a bad movie but it was Jimmy's and Pat O'Brien's last. The movie also had Sam L. Jackson in an early appearance.

The great Cagney was diplomatic in his response when asked how he felt about the way in which the US was headed. A magnificent actor - one of Hollywood’s finest 👏🏻

He was so great in every movie he made. Of course I loved Yankee Doodle Dandy the most. Just a short guy who could dance like crazy. I always thought of him as a cute little leprechaun!

I love everything about him. Him speaking of his wonderful wife sounds just like me speaking about Gina, whom I've been happily married to for 30 years. He spoke about traditional family roots, but like me, he is not an Evangelical. right-winger, but rather very accepting of others, Sorry, but he's a role model for me.
