Thank you very much for making this video. I ran into the same issue. My manual just referenced color coded push rods. And my motor came partly disassembled. I had two original color coded push rods and three adjustable ones 🤣😂🤣😂. So I bought a complete set of S&S adjustable push rods. I just couldn’t find a great video until I found your. Great close ups. Thank you again!

I have a 2001 dodge neon. This code came up on my scanner. Early in the morning when the car hasn't been warmed up yet and I try to drive, it completely stalls at when i come to a stop. And just during the day my car vibrates like crazy when i slow down (i guess when it's in first gear?) Is it as simple as changing this switch?

That to me sounds like the stall converter or torque converter is bad, possibly the lock up solenoid

Got a husky 365 xp with a 32" now. Does pretty good. I bought one of those El cheapo farm tech saws 28" guy. Been pretty impressed with it. Same cc as the husky I think it's got more power honestly

I have this error code plus my Dodge won't start unless the shift is in reverse. Although, I think I messed it up because I jacked up my car in an attempt to pass the EVAP monitors because I bought it with an expired registration. I attempted to shift it back into park. But, I don't think I depressed the brake enough before shifting. So, hopefully, it's just this switch and I won't have to replace anything else.
@renegade637

Well, I replaced the switch. The car still only starts in Reverse. So, I guess onto the next possible solution.

Sorry for the long response, sounds like your reverse light switch may be messed up to, or it's all in the wiring. Being a dodge it is entirely possible

That helped out a lot. I appreciate the pointing out of the parts. I just got a Ford 2000, also from PA, and need to do an oil and fuel filter change. I am just learning what all the controls were, so it really helped me out that you pointed out the differential controls, the info about the transmission fluid, hydraulic grippers, all the other components, and brake locks. I was wondering about that last one, and you provided what I was looking for. Thanks a bazillion. Something I'm still not sure about, what is the thing on the front of the hood? It looks like an exhaust, but would that be right if there already is an exhaust with a muffler? I liked and subscribed.

Thanks dude I appreciate it. If I remember correctly that had to do with weight bias like connected to a tank to add water to keep the front end down but might have been something for the front end attachment I’m not a hundred percent sure

Thanks, I have a dodge van 96 that won't start. Already replaced starter and ignition switch, but didn't help. I'm using a remote starter for now. The check engine light came on when I first remotely started it, so I checked the codes and 'Manufacturer Control' came up, Park/neutral switch I guess. Is this a big job to replace in a shop?
