Check the plug type i basically made my own harness from scratch using a kit on Amazon wires adapters. Mounting bolts won't be the same you'd have to make a custom bracket most likely. sheet metal or aluminum.

I can't wait to hear your thoughts on this tire. I am constantly looking for my next tire, sometimes even before mounting a new one that has been purchased. PA has such a diverse terrain, that I constantly looking for that perfect goldilocks tire.

The M5B is by far my favorite rear tire. They tend to be a little narrow, and tall because the knobs are so big. But they hook up on everything. I live in Tucson so in a day of riding I'll be on hard pack, deep sand, gravel, loamy sand, rock...... And that tire gets insane traction in all of it. I hope you like it as much as I do. 👍🏻

@notoriusmuskle1912 tusk radiator fan kit they sell. Got it used on ebay works well it is digital with automatic temp switch. I have a small antigravity battery under the seat.

I installed but am not getting any jets of fuel coming out. Any ideas?

@D1ZaST4R start with the obvious make sure fuel is on , make sure it's coming out the line that goes into the carb. Then check the carb bowl level. Make sure it's flush with the side as it hangs. Check the jets to see if they're clogged clean them out. Use new gas

@FULLAUSSIEMATE yeah it should be plug and play , your bike has a battery and more stator output than my yz250 right off the bat. Run a wire from the battery with he appropriate plug end wire in a simple switch and connect the light. Much simpler

I'm in Central Georgia and I've been running this tire for years. We are riding in a mix of clay, sand and loam with lots of roots. Absolutely the best tire I've tried. I know it's an old design but I've never found anything better. Anytime I buy a bike as soon as the stop tire wears out I replace it with this one. Good review.

Hey so how you powering the lights? I read your using the stock stator but how is that possible if the output isnt enough? I ordered the tusk lighting kit and i was told you need a bigger stator and rectifier.. i got a thr smallest battery i vould get at autozone but its still to big because it squishes my air filter

@PaulaHuether with an ANTIGRAVITY AG-801 lithium battery. Constant loss. Output with lighting coil is ass almosta waste of money imo. Only 30 watts at high rpms. Luckily I don't ride alot at night. That battery is a beast lasts a while.

@@250ridr2 ok so it looks like I prob won't have to do that as the tusk kit comes with a wiring harness..why is it that many say that the stalk stator isn't enough to power the lights and that you need one that's at least 35 watts, or is that strictly for if you want the bike to charge the lights under its own power..so basically with your way you just wait until the battery runs dies and then charge it again?

You don't really have to I have mine adjusted all the way at the upper portion under the hood with a small piece of vent hose inside the rubber cap to take up slack as a spacer for the slide. Throttle response is better at the pedal plus I removed the pedal limiter at the floor

Nice. I'm from Pittsburgh and know all about western PA clay and roots lol. I may give this a try next. I've been running the kenda knarley at 5 psi and that has been great in anything except mud. Lugs seem too short.

@mikez104 I agree I never went with that tire I thought about it for a while seemed too soft n short. These lugs on the irc ve33 are insanely tall new. I have a 20hr review video on my channel, holding up great I'm at almost 25hrs on the rear no issues! Excellent do it all tire imo. Happy with the life the traction the braking and reliability I have 3 of them.

@@250ridr2 Nice. I saw your updated video . I think that will be my next one. the Knarley is friggin unstoppable until it gets to slimy mud, then it steps out. I really can't complain though. I put it on spring last year and it made it through Hatfield McCoy trails, Mines and mudholes, Mountain Ridge in Somerset, countless trips up to ICV in Donegal and a trip to Allegheny National forest Bike trail. Still has some tread and gripping like crazy in the dry. The knobs really ain't too bad but the whole carcus is getting really soft and I think it is time for a change. It will be a good comparison. The Kenda Ibex is tits but it does wear really quick.

@@250ridr2 Agreed. Just took it up Allegheny national forest and no issues whatsoever. Seems like a sold tire that will last a while. The Ibex is softer and may have better grip but will wear faster. Both excellent tires.

What does it feel like going from 19 to 18 rim ? Does it change the top speed or lower the back of the bike?? I don't understand why you would do that most people say its because you have more tyers to choose from but what if you have a good tyer that fits 19 rim would you still want a 18 ??

@zackiaryruddick701 you get more of a sidewall , more rubber more comfortable going over rocks and roots better feel. Plus less likely pinching and getting a flat. Then the obvious, a lot more availability in sizes and options anywhere.

@250ridr2 the Marienville and Timberline loops are fairly easy. If gas usage is an issue, park at the Timberline trailhead, so you run one loop, and then the other. I have not rode the OHM trails yet. Mines and Meadows is also fairly easy, and I have not hit the single track yet there either. I'm a novice dirt biker, and typically, my sxs has my woman and daughter behind us. I'm hoping to get a guy day out to explore the single track stuff soon.

Sweet bike weird place to ride never seen that type of country before almost like you were riding from one park to another park and so on to other parks flat ground no hills . Where i ride in North East Washington State its all hills and drop offs and rugged mountain terrain.

@Yz4Life stock stator , all the stators I found only put out 35 watts which isn't enough. Battery is in the air box with a battery plate n strap. What gauge I have 3 lol 😆

@Yz4Life the big middle gauge is the trail tech vapor it has tach spedo trip Temps and mileage. Yes it's a constant loss system wired to an ANTIGRAVITY AG-801 battery. Watch my older videos. Spedo works well so does the tach.

I’d throw stator with a lighting coil on it just because a little bit of charging is better than none, it might get you an extra hour or 2 of riding and then if your battery ever dies on you and it’s dark, the stator will be able to kinda run the light still even if it’s not as bright as usual it’s better than nothing ya know
