yes but it takes longer than with heat.

@@muhammadshahidkhan6498 Increase the circulation in the step, raise the heat, dump some of the solution, get press filters. Pump over to a sedimentation tank and let the sludge settle there. Just some general advice, but you are welcome to describe in more detail so I may be able to answer better.

Hi, after zinc phosphating we can do powder coating??

You need an oven between 120 to 200 degrees or wait until it has dried. But yes, after zinc phosphating you have good adhesion for powder coating as well as improved corrosion protection.

The water can be run through an evaporator which reduces the volume by 98% and the sludge is taken care of by specialized recycling companies.

Can you explain the chemicals necessary for zinc chromating? I know how to iron phosphate and how to manganese phosphate. But zinc chromating, how does it work?

Of course, you get zinc crystals between 3-20 microns on the surface. These give the metal better corrosion protection and better adhesion for both wet and powder paint.
