can the final drawing use in Cartoon animator 5 by reallusion?
@MartinVDAIllustration7 сағат бұрын
Sure, in fact you can even prepare it in Inkscape so its easier to animate. I don't have a tutorial on this but if you search on youtube you'll find a lot of them.

Two things I do suggest to have better views my friend, because you already have good art… 1) Better and more understandable narration. Either practice so much more with native english speakers or people who have less to no accent, because its harder to understand what you are saying. Its also a turn off for others who already like your art. 2. Subtitles. Its necessary, specially for you. Have someone to do that. Hire someone to transcribe for you. There are also automatic addons or programs that could generate subtitles for you, though it is still needs human checking, and your audio still has to be audible before it can work better. I hope for your success.
@MartinVDAIllustration8 күн бұрын
Thanks for the feedback. I really appreciate it!. Regarding the narration. I'm doing the best i can and sadly i have no one i can practice with or time for online practice. I'll try to do my best to speak more clearly. And as far as the subtitles, i'm a bit confused because i already upload subtitles. They are made with AI and are about 99% correct (i always check) though the lines may be a bit off. I hope they are showing.
@operalgray7 күн бұрын
@@MartinVDAIllustration There are tools to directly embed the subtitle automatically to the video, .srt and generated subtitles doesn’t help immersion well, so viewers dont really wanna rely on them. Its sort of additional effort to make your own subtitles, but little things do accumulate for the likeability. Play with your thumbnail design and titles+captions too, compare yours to others that are already successful on the niche, you dont have to just copy how they do it (though thats an option), its better to make yours popup more and feel more valuable than them. If have not much people to speak with, some do watch more western/US series and try to mimic the manner they speak. To familiarize how it sounds. Me personally, I make netflix shows and documentaries be my background sounds. (Though i suggest not to mix with british shows/documentaries as it will be more confusing due to their accents too) Infographic show is another one I bingewatch on youtube. You get more knowledge as you do too. So yup, just some of the suggestions.

I have a question. towards the end you make a black image of the whole character to make a thick outline. You said, "Make sure in the true controls, make sure it is set to alpha." What do you mean by true controls?
@MartinVDAIllustration10 күн бұрын
Tool controls, sorry for the bad pronunciation/bad subtitles. The tool controls is the bar at the top which has the options for the selected tool. In the tool controls of the bucket tool you have to set the first dropdown to Alpha, thats what i meant.

Just found out ur channel today. I like your cartoon style and want to learn it. Can you tell me which cartoon series has inspired ur cartoon style?
@MartinVDAIllustrationАй бұрын
Hi. The drawing in this video was not made by me, i just made variations based on a piece by an artist called Varguy (you can find them in Twitter/X with that name). If you're talking about my other drawings, i was working in a style that works best with Inkscape, very graphic and flat, inspired by late 90's/early 2000's cartoons like Dexter's Laboratory and Fairly Odd Parents.

Any image I try to edit in raSter does not work, please why is that, and how can I make it work, thank you
@MartinVDAIllustrationАй бұрын
I've had some problems when using anything in the Raster menu with the latest release of Inkscape, maybe it's a Windows problem. I had to switch back to an older version of Inkscape (1.2 i think) to be able to record this.
