First saw them for animals 7,1977. Roger was acting like a baby cursing the ny union and they took it out on Gilmore dropping a huge lamp inches from his head so hot and bright I could feel it in the seat in the 21st row center stage. Roger is not so easy to stomach and Gilmore is a leader in his field.

@@funkydung.I saw Pink Floyd Pulse tour in 1994, in my hometown Strasbourg France 😂✌️I was only 14 years old....Just 2 years before in 1992, I was listening to rap music, techno, dance music😂Then I heard JIMI HENDRIX....😮IT CHANGED MY LIFE....Then, I asked to my father, who had a guitar, to teach me how to play....😂He gave me all his vinyls of Chuck Berry, The Rolling Stones, Fats Domino, Elvis 😂etc....Then I started to discover Hendrix, Led Zeppelin , the classical musicians Bach, Chopin etc...i never stopped to play guitar after that, I became a roadie and worked on huge shows like the Rolling Stones, Clapton, Ac DC, Santana Deep Purple, I saw so much legends....BUT, Pink Floyd 1994, IT was magic....I was too young to see my FAVOURITES HENDRIX and LED ZEPPELIN 😢....Peace from France ✌️

Excellent. I was wondering if there would be a post of this concert. Thank you so much for this post. I was there with my sister, her husband and one of their friends. Gosh...IT was an amazing time. Their friend had gotten us all tickets underneath the cover of the stadium. I had seen them the year before at the LA Memorial Coliseum, April 15, 1988. The tickets we got for the LA concert were horrible, so I told the gang I was going to work my way down into the infield. I started working my way down from the top of the stadium seats, stopping every once and a while to pretend that I was an usher. Once I got to the wall at the infield and I jumped over it and moved through the infield to the engineering booth that was located in the center of the field probably on the 30 yard line. I moved to the front of it and puffed out my chest and kept touching my right ear like I was listening to a radio and pretended to be a security guard. An amazing place to stand for the whole concert. It had been raining that night. The weather for the trip from Las Vegas by a bus that was full of dedicated to Floyd fans was a monsoon. We all were starting to believe the concert would be rained out. NOPE. The effects of the weather within the Coliseum was one of a mystical experience. Once Comfortably Numb started with the green lasers and the large neon-waves started moving from the stage out into the crowd...I was in a different Universe. I will never forget watching those uber large green waves that seemed to come in triplets roll from the stage into and across the infield. They seemed to engulf the infield and roll only about three feet over my head. One of those magical moments that stays with you all one's life. I'm 72 now and even as I write these words...I am there again. OK...then to Linz-almost didn't make the concert. The day before I was visiting downtown Vienna on my own. I thought I could find my sisters house at the end of the day by using a landmark of three statues on the top of a church steeple. RIGHT!? Well, I found out that there is more than one steeple with three statues in Vienna that day into night. Finally, it was too dark to see anything. My sister and her husband had recently moved and I didn't have their updated address or number? Well...the concert in Linz was the next day. It was a Friday night. After going into multiple bars, drinking multiple steins of beer and trying to describe my steeple to the bartenders I realized I had to get a room. Waking up the next morning, I thought of the best way to contact my sister. CALL MOM! :) I called my Mom who lived in Ohio. She answered the phone and her first words were "Are you lost?". I told her yes and asked for my sister's new number. I called and told them were I was. My sister told me that I was five minutes from their house and her husband came and picked me up. An hour later we were heading to Linz. Once we got there, I noticed that we had covered seats. Nice, since it there was a slight rain. But, if you've come this far...why not get closer? Plus, I knew that Rachel Fury was one of the amazing backup singers touring with the Pink Floyd during the tour. So, I told the gang that I would meet up with them after the concert. I worked my way down into the infield and then up into the standing room only crowd. I made my way up into the front row dead-center with the backup group with Rachel. A light rain, didn't phase me. Standing shoulder to should, surrounded by other fans, their body heat kept me warm that whole concert. Another unforgettable concert! After the concert I still find it hard to believe that I relocated my sister, her husband and their friend out in the large lawn with people running everywhere picking up discarded PF tickets on the ground. Thank you Funkydung for posting this video! I just realized that you also posted the music for the LA Memorial Coliseum, April 15, 1988 concert too! Owe you the best green-chili cheeseburger and margarita with a mescal floater anytime you're around Taos, New Mexico! Gracias! PS. Congratulations to @JenoGoor and @Sibila for being there too. It was amazing!

My friend came over and we had some "mushroom soup"( my first time.)we didnot have tickets so went to the UNIDOME with a six pack of beer and hung out in the parking lot just listening. We shared our beers with some chauffeurs leaning against their limosuines. About halfway through the concert they led us to a side door of the dome and arranged for us to be let in for free!
