Just buy a new one or try to fix it I’m a bike mechanic I been one for 6 years now and allways come to this issue just replace it or if you can’t find a used bike and use that one.

I really like your video, I think the editing was great. But the music needed a little bit of kick at the end and probably mixed it up a little bit throughout the video to keep people's attention.
