I don’t dress in precise imitation of a particular decade, but in my own interpretation of men’s styles from the 1930s and ‘40s mostly, to perhaps the early ‘50s. What amazes me is the number of people who come up to me on the street or in stores, all races, both men and women, often people a lot younger than me, and tell me how much they like how I’m dressed. I think there’s a hunger for classic styles, a sort of desire to get away from the t-shirts, sweatpants, flip flop sloppy look.

The 1950's were great except for the racism, the lynching of minorities and gay men. Sexism and sexual harassment of women in the workplace. The women dying of botched abortions. The raids and police brutality of gay men in private spaces. The segregation, fear mongering with religion and the vilification of minorities taking over the white man. Yeah, the 1950's were grand if you were a white, heterosexual Christian. You know, kind of like how the MAGA/NAZI Christian Taliban demand back!

If u know the rock band Fleetwood Mac lead singer Stevie Nicks ? I adore her early 1970s boho style Gypsy style. She’s into cool vintage stuff even her home has Tiffany Lamps….I found a cool lamp that I think is from1920s era….looks like a crystal flapper dress” I own Tiffany lamps. I’m obsessed with Stevie Nicks everything…MUSIC STYLE MAGICALLY I FIND YOUR PAGE WHEN IM TAKING PICS COSPLAYING STEVIE IN MY ANTIQUE- style outfits” hard to find . Here in our small city in Canada! Just like the one winged dove! Yes ! At every age fashionistas must stay together🫶🏼🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️

That’s why she’s happier than the bitter “girl bosses” who gave up everything that makes being a woman so wonderful to work for the man and contribute to the wicked State’s bottom line. Let the cope commense.

That's the excuse they have for everything looking run down now and everyone dressing skanky. Because the world was racist back then. Even though earlier the exact same people were telling us the world is racist today 🙄
