Frustrum culling removes assets out of camera view. Distance culling removes them based on distance to camera. If you're within distance and viewing the assets, they won't get culled.

Because foliage is dynamic. Then I set static, then culls, but sometimes not culls. Looks like Unreal engine bug.

Maybe some bone not using enought weight, so you can not remove this weights. So may need add more weight in other(s) bone(s). But this tool is still beta version and buggy...

For me cloth not go through capsules only in unreal engine chaos version. In other words in chaos version cloth simulation works better for me. But chaos simulation looks works on CPU (not GPU), so teoretical that not good seems...

I not use rotating or moving ground, so nothing can say about it... Maybe need use car who use custum phisics..

That's technically not a bug. With this vehicle phyisics the tire collision is being calculated with a raycast. Meaning that from the center of the tire there is a raycast being shot down to the ground. And from that there happenens a calculation on how much force there needs to be in the opposite direction. That's the reason the front half of the tire goes trough the bridge (becasue threre is no whole tire collision) and why it also goes trough the bridge (because there is a tiny gap between the 2 boxes). Just as an example... I think that GTA V also uses raycasts for their wheel collison. Try doing the same test that you did here with a curb in GTA V
