Thank you for your comments. This was the first video I did (Inversnaid to Crianlarich) after walking half the WHW I went back to beginning again to record it from the start. I would like to record this section again as the camera looks down the way too much.

Nature sounds would be great. But at the pace I walk all you would hear is heavy breathing, blowing my nose and me talking to myself 🤣

Hi Danny, how are you? Loving your videos too. Can't believe it started raining during the walk from Kinlochleven to Fort William. Thought I would have to go back and record it again. Took 4 hours 31 minutes. Keep the videos coming. The weather is better now, great for recording. Winder was dreadful as it rained constantly!!!

@@scottishwalksbeyond7699 I’m fine thanks hope you’re well ‘ four and half hours well done yeah nothing worse if the rain comes on wen out hiking and filming’ iv just finished watching the last part to fort William absolutely brilliant filming mate I think your videos of the WHW are the best iv seen on KZbin as you film every step of the way so people know what to expect if there thinking of doing it , iv done about 26-7 miles of the WHW I’m doing it in stages plus just wen I get a chance to do it , I’m not doing it in any order as long as you complete it it doesn’t matter how you do it eh , thanks for watching my videos mate , take care Danny

Haa haa, I was expecting an easy day, but then there was the upwards incline that just kept going up. It then started to rain lightly. The camera and the rain did not mix too wall. The video luckily turned out OK. Thank you commenting

Thank you, yes, it sure is. Hopefully be back soon to record more videos. The medina is better at night to video. this was around 8-9am. Afternoon then night time is when it comes to life.

@@stevenkohut6395 Luckily I did it in day trips and managed to take a small backpack. Baggage transfer is definitely a must!! I saw people walking it at a snails pace with huge backpacks. It must have been a struggle for them, especially if they are doing it in one go over 4 or 5 days!

@@scottishwalksbeyond7699 yeah seen it on here folks strugling with far to much weight to carry and setting targets to get it done not for me i am doing it over 7 days and a real bed every night its a holiday for me not a race lol just a bit worried about the loch section

Hi Jackie. Thank you for watching my videos. Just to let you know there are 2 routes from Rowerdennan to Inversnaid. Some people take to low path and some take the high path (road). the video shows the low road, which is more challenging. The high road is easier and a lot of people take this. As the high road is still classed as the West Highland Way it not classed as a short cut or cheating. To be honest if your take your time and pace yourself along the whole route you will be fine. I had to record the video so I was unable to stop, and I had only a few hours to complete each section due to having to race back home to pick my daughter up from school. Please don't let this put you off. I hope you decide to walk the WHW. It has changed me as a person.

@@asmaiftikhar2302 Hi Asma. Hope your weekend is going well. I parked at Crianlarich then walked to Inversnaid. then I started recording and walked back to the car, which was parked in Crianlarich. My legs nearly fell off by the time I had finished!!!😫

Hi Liz. Yes it was a challenge, trying to hold the camera and occasionally glance at the screen. I have done it a few times as its only a 30- 40 minute drive from home. There is a circular route that you can take if you park at Balmaha Car Park. takes about 2 - 2.5 hours. I usually start walking at 6am, when it is very quiet!!. Best time to start. 😄

Hi Liz, thank you so much. Luckily the weather has been fantastic. I have now recorded from Milngavie to Crianlarich. The next 2 videos are nearly ready. Hopefully they will all be uploaded by this weekend. As the videos are in 4K it takes about 2 days per video for KZbin to process. The best video will be the one showing the views from the top of Conic Hill. Hope you enjoy, thanks Martin
