On first hearing Sigur Ros with the haunting images of the volcano's vast ancient creative power, I could not shake the odd thrilling sense that the voices were young earth spirits, even goddesses singing the praises of the fiery earth, cheering her on in her beautiful wonderful terrible dance of destruction and creation. - -Stargene- -

although Sæglópur seems more appropriate to have something more oceanic and marine themed (the song does mean "Lost at Sea") this imagery is good. especially when the bowed guitar comes in.

Great pictures and an awesome music selection! Last summer I was in Iceland and even near these glaciers, but (un)fortunately the earth was quiet.
