@@cavediver2579it’s a varied cave, from big tunnels down to very tight restrictions, not like in Mexico where they go on forever, but still very pretty in a lot of places. Ocean diving has lost a lot of its appeal for us as well, but each to their own.😉

most likely a halocline, where freshwater and saltwater meets and there is usually a layer of hydrogen sulfide between them.
@mickyoung17075 ай бұрын
Isaac is correct, its the saltwater and fresh water layers being disturbed, the halocline. There isnt any hydrogen sulide in this area as its fairly shallow and a long way from any rotting vegetation.

In simple terms, no we are not afraid. To get to this point in our diving career we have done many courses to learn what to do if in fact something does go wrong. The camera makes some of these places look very small where they’re are in actual fact large enough to swim thru with very little difficulty. Brave, maybe not, adventurous, certainly.

Hi Mick, Nice cave! I Googled the cave to gather some information. What are the average depths? Cheers!
@mickyoung17077 ай бұрын
The average depth of Tank is around 14m, though that depends on which area you dive. The North West section, where this is the start of, is deeper than the South East area that would average around 8m. The North part is generally bigger and more open but the South is far smaller and tighter.
