This is honestly one of my favourite Visualizer Music Videos from out of all the songs that are use in the live performances. It’s so unique with the subtlety and it’s one of the few times that the Theme of the song is thrown right at your face and is easy to understand as what the lyrics mean. I love how during the beginning and middle part all you are shown is the bath filled with alcohol but it isn’t quite clear what it is. The Lyrics at first are ambiguous as to what is trying to say but it’s subtle as to what it’s telling. Further into the song the lyrics becomes more clear the hints being more obvious. Then the chorus kicks in and tells the theme to you, the second time it’s sung the Alcohol Bottle is tossed into the frame revealing with the contents of the liquid. concluding the song with the lyrics telling the story of a toxic relationship from the other frequent drinking habits. It’s so small but done so well as one of the few times telling you the theme of the song.

Demon Days may have better songs, but Plastic Beach feels more complete. I find myself picking out songs from Demon Days more often than listening to the whole album, but I can listen to Plastic Beach from start to finish at any given time.

This song reminds me of my parents relationship and how it messes up so much and how my mom is tired of doing it again decides to stop putting up with him and my dad trying to get to her but still being together for my 2 little sisters who dont know but my parents are still beside each other but my mom not with him and how he tries to make her forgive him but he knows she never will but still tries and still loves her knowing she never will but there caught in the same situation again
