Capital ships cannot attack the galaxy row only capital ships and the base.

Can you move the boats from the drop off point back to island to get more people or once it's off island can the boat not go back?

I enjoyed this (I am a “ship nerd”!) although I think I prefer the iconography of the original Star Realms. Still trying to work out how Meg bought an 8 cost location with 4 money…

Glad I watched this today. Have had Incan Gold for years, didn’t know anything about the expansion. Just ordered it from Eagle Griffon games. The events look like they put a nice twist on the game, but I agree with you, don’t know if I would include the assist card. Thanks dad.

3:44 That's not free choice clusters (that would have three circles and a question mark in the corner), that's topaz clusters. The only thing you can do with it is get someone to show you all their gem cards that have topaz clusters on.

These filler games are sometimes the actual games for the night for us. Sometimes we just play a bunch of filler games because we dont feel like playing longer games. This one is just fun and a classic. Thanks for the video!

The board from the old version of RttN is made to fold over itself and then superimposed onto the edge of main board. So in reality, it is smaller than the one from the new version once it is properly set up. But the new version of this expansion is better and worth adding to your game.

Thank you guys so much for posting this playthrough! Haven't had a chance to try this version. We love them all. I think my personal favorite would be the The City version. We love the original with a couple expansions too. Gold Rush, Star Wars and Hunters and Gatherers are all our favorites too.

So intrigued by this game. I have the original one (but it's still on the shelf of shame). Excited to finally get it to the table!

Thanks so much for the playthrough and review video, I've been really curious about this since seeing it released! I have to say though I'm really disappointed, looks like 'just' Star Realms with a Star Trek skin on it. I really like Star Realms, but I'll stick with Star Wars the Deckbuilding Game. To me it feels like Star Realms with some really interesting twists on it.

I think its great for more players, plenty of options to detour. BTW wouldn't Dad get an extra point for the both crests at Salerno and Napoli? You guys are our ticket to ride go to videos :)

The acrylic pieces come with a thin film that needs to be pulled off in order to really appreciate how nice they are. You can carefully peel them off using a fingernail to get it started, or you can wait and the film will start to pull of naturally. It's on the standees, bases, ability tokens and maybe something else.

One of my friends picked up the first edition, secondhand. I still like the look of the second edition though.

I just bought the copy and I am hugely disappointed with the quality and production value of the game. In the new version grid print is greatly diminished and straining the eyes, the old version has way better grid print and is clearly visible … I do not recommend this new cheap production version of the game. Regretting buying it.

The anniversary edition is one of our favorite games to play with 5 or 6 players! It's always a blast. I really want this but not sure if it makes sense to have both versions. Ughh. Looks so good though!

Dude asks for no spoilers, solves a few puzzles by chance just enough to get to end game, misses most of the story, enjoys the game anyway.

Betrayal card rules for reference: During the PLAYERS' DECISION phase, you may choose your Betrayal card. If you do, place it in front of you as though it were a Continue or Exit card. However, when players simultaneously reveal their cards, reveal it quickly and place it in front of another player. Outcome 1: If that player chose Exit: After they gain Rubies on their way out of the cave, but before they add them to their Chest, steal up to 10 of the Rubies they just gained. Place them in your own Chest. The betrayed player may then place their remaining Rubies in their Chest. Return your Betrayal card to the box. Continue exploring the cave. Outcome 2: If that player chose Continue or Betrayal, or if another player also tried to Betray the same player as you, nothing happens. Return your Betrayal card to the box. Continue exploring the cave.

TTR is so good boardgame serie. Its a blast to play and watch. I have only played a few maps but it always a fun time! A ranking video of the TTR would be fun!

Very helpful to understand the game ! I have a question though, when you discard your card (for example with Lady Danbury, someone discards their hand) you put it in front of you, but you haven't played it, shouldn't you put it under the pile instead? I am wondering in case you discarded a Daphne it's not like you played it but you have it in front of you

On the front side, there is a line of text missing. Instead of being blank, it should read "Enters Play: Add 7 tokens to Serpent Squad per player."
