So the take is that Israeli lives are more valuable than Palestinians. You really never look in the mirror, do you? Genocidal discourse, very disturbing. Very dishonest, self serving explanation. Gross.

Violating a positive written mitzvah! No one is fooled by these legal gymnastics. All it does is turn educated people away fromJjudaism. As if Hashem was unaware that the 1st day of the 7th month would often fall on Shabbat. Another example of the rabbis thinking they know better than Hashem and fooling the ignorant by stating this is Torah Judaism. Check the Pew Report for the ultimate results.

This video was really eye-opening. It made me realize that equity is not just about giving everyone the same thing, but about giving everyone what they need to succeed. I'm definitely going to start thinking about equity in a new way.

Thank you Rabbi Hoff! I have been a devotee of R' Hirsch's writings for many years. I think Dayan Grunfeld's introduction to the Horeb is a great summary of his ideas. Thank you for recommending this great work, good Shabbos!

I have always fascinated by jews, because they always think that it is by their own effort they have succeeded, Jews don't recognize the truth, it's that Jesus christ is the one who gives them the opportunity to win and succeed and no one will ever win without Jesus christ.

I was stationed on board the USS Benfold DDG 65 from 1997-1999 when CDR Abrashoff came on board and he was right, the crew's moral was very bad, and the crew didn't have any pride in the ship or themselves, crew members were getting out of the navy left and right, but in a very short time, the ship did turn around and there was great pride in the ship thanks to CDR Abrashoff, he listened to the crew and allowed them to perform in the ships operations, in which the crew never knew it could be done, and I for one was very proud to serve with this man, he was the best Commanding Officer I ever served under in my 20 years of naval service, if you ever get a chance to hear this man speak "Do It", EN1 (SW) Larry Burger (USN Ret.)

This is a great presentation. It aligns with a lot of how I led Admin Team meetings in my last position as principal. Often, after a meeting has started and we are a specific topic, I would be the last to speak or chime in. It seemed to me, that by listening to my team around me talk through an issue, they would come a conclusion or action that I would agree with. I would end meetings or discussions with summaries of what we decided and how. I felt that a meeting like this, where everyone talks through an issue, would produce a lot of by in from those in attendance. It made everyone feel valued, and listened too, even if their ideas were not the path we ultimately followed. I also found that leading small group meetings like this was very different from leading a larger staff meeting.

To be honest, most of the material you presented has been around for decades in the leadership books, but is very valuable for beginning leaders and those who do not have the time to read the research based books. But you might want to consider a series for the more experienced leader.

Tzvi Klugerman Thanks so much for watching! You are correct. No novelties here. This is all about taking what we know from research and giving new leaders tools to succeed. That said, I think that even seasoned leaders can benefit from these ideas. What would you like to hear more about?

perhaps courageous conversations with employees and consumers. Not only how to listen but how to make or steal yourself for the tough decisions. How to keep emotions at bay when dealing with a long term employee or an employee who is also a friend.
