@@432Restoration And Bertholdt like Reiner knew that Marley lied to them for years. Bertholdt had the chance to turn against Marley, but he chose to kill the Eldians instead. As Reiner said to Eren, it was their choice to destroy the wall, and kill as many people as possible.
