Steps to recover my laptop from a dead state: 1. Access Windows Advanced Repair options. 2. Boot into Safe Mode; this will start the PC in a limited state. 3. Install two drivers via the Settings app. 4. Delete the Program Files folder from the C: drive. 5. Restart the PC. 6. Go to Settings > Apps and uninstall the last installed application.

Where is your office ? The city is very busy, lots of traffic in the background sound. Can you get motion sensor and record video automatically for 24hours ? Do you have a good thin lead so the camera is always plugged in (Normal usb cable is not perfect because of its thickness and distance) Thanks Patrick
