Mary’s tacos. I know if you work in Boerne you’ve heard of them. My go to there is the Beto. Pork in Green Tomatillo Salsa, Potatoes and Cheddar Cheese on a homemade flour tortilla. Soooo good!!

Addressing the traditional Christmas meals dying out, we live in an immediate gratification world now compared to the older generation. They took the time to prepare food and did it from scratch versus today's society where everything is in a box.

This Chris Butler guy really knows his beer! Aaron seems to be pretty cool, I have never met Kevin, so well done everyone! (I enjoyed this episode as I drank a Trash Panda from Lost 40! Still one of my all-time favorite IPAs!) I loved seeing this and I wish we were able to do this in person more often! Some smiles, some good laughs, and great memories.
