one more comment. My unit down goes dark after several minutes after cooking. I don't unplug it.

My favorite appliance, I use it every day. So much quicker than a traditional large oven. I don't use what you are calling a bottom tray when toasting, cuz the bottom of the bread needs to toast too. I do too the hard trays into the dishwasher with no ill results. I also use parchment paper under a lot of my food as I don't like aluminum and manual states aluminum foil will alter cook times. I have cook a pork chop in a small cast iron skillet with outstanding results. (I did use a digital meat thermometer for the cook)

You can’t turn the display off. If that’s what you mean. Something will always be on the display. Even when the machine isn’t running. I have another digital display machine that also does this. Unplug it when not in use. Saves energy and safer.

I tore the strip out because I didn’t expect it to be something functional 😒. The user guide did not point that out as a rating label

I have one, the only thing I don't like most is the recipe booklet that just doesn't have all the regular foods you'd want to cook in it, it has stuff I'm really not interested in cooking.🤨 Other than that I'm fine with it, now I just need to find the right recipes I want.😊

You can adjust temperatures and settings to make other things. Get a different recipe book.

A glass bread pan fits, and small glass baking dish 8×8 fits. The inside measures approximately 10 inches x 10 inches
