I had the same problem, but: - i booted in Safe mode with networking NOTE: it didn't let me connect to wifi NOTE: i had an Intel card and Geforce Experience installed - i right-clicked Start menu icon & opened Devices Manager - under Video Cards (roughly translated in english) i right-clicked "Uninstall driver" to uninstall it fully - i rebooted my pc nornally - through Geforce Experience i installed the latest driver without clean install - Fixed now!

Simple way

If youre in iphone you can go to settings, then change the date( I would reccomend changing the date to another year) then ou just re-open the game
