I found that my bike had another adjuster on the back derailleur, which also could be cranked back and forth, tinkering with that did the job! Your video helped me to get the basics, thanks!

What injury you have that justifies a e-bike? Besides the one to your pride? If you injured you shouldn’t be riding. If you on a e-bike then you lazy. Let’s call a spade a spade please.

Bro, Sam Pilgrim and his mates all ride e-bikes recreationally - yeah that Sam Pilgrim, the 2013 FMB world champion. Personally I think they're great. Yeah I can afford one, no I don't have one, I'll stick with my alloy Specialised Stumpy I usually say, but there are times the ankle I screwed up snowboarding doesn't want to pedal any more, and I think I'd really like a little bit of a boost from a Spec Levo, and I go to the shop and I look at them, and I think "Nah" fuck it, rather wait till that new (insert upcoming superbike) arrives, gotta take that out for a test and then, maybe... There are also times the same ankle doesn't want to pump the clutch in traffic and I wonder why I don't own an automatic car. Should I just stop driving then? Fuck the quality of people's healthcare because I can't get to the broken medical equipment with my sore ankle? Would you be okay with sub standard healthcare because the Biomedical Engineer couldn't drive with his stiff ankle? Let the dude ride an e-bike if he wants, jeezuz
@Neo_Rain1463 жыл бұрын
@@rsajay6256 WTF are you rambling about? He can ride what he wants just dont call it mountain biking or pretend it is. Also suck it up and ride through the pain if that's what its about or just ride less or less demanding distances/trails

yea i would rather be homeless than make my commute to work on a bike. (not counting my motorcycle.) not only just taking all the fun and speed out of it but it would take forever and be an absolute bitch when i got to the hills. ill stick to the vtx1300 and my chevy.
@5688gamble2 жыл бұрын
Then you, my friend, are an idiot! Even if I hated cycling, having a house and cycling to work would always be preferable to living in my car so I can drive to work- I'd smell better than you too, at least my sweat would be fresh from the ride- yours would be stale from laying in a car without showering for months! I'd rather walk everywhere than be homeless. Besides when you dies from heart-attack and obesity due to inactivity, I'll still be walking and biking everywhere!

@DreamTheory1994 Жыл бұрын
@@PanzerkampfwagenVITigerIAusfE no his channel only helps people who live in or near a city that has public transportation. you really gonna sit here and say you are gonna bike 45 minutes in the hills. just to get to the edge of the city and the first bus stop. in 104 degree weather with over 100 percent humidity? Or my way blast through the curves enjoying the speed and cruise on in to work. (edit i said bike 45 minutes but it would really be more like 3 hours. 45 minutes is what it takes me in my car going.....well a whole hell of alot faster than a bike.)

Thanks for sharing Devlin. Occasionally, Ive found the disk itself is slightly out of true. This may be caused by clipping an obstacle or even overheating under breaking on long steep downhill sections. These small variations can be returned to true by gently flexing the disk with your fingers and thumbs. Regards from S Africa Clive

Hi Devlin. I also double check by turning the handlebars 90 degrees and re doing the "rocking" forward and backwards while holding the steering tube. This helps to eliminate any other factors such as play in the brakes. Regards from S Africa Clive
