It was always fun to see him on stage. So sad he is gone

Sounds like he is having a bit of trouble yet still sounds so good. I'd give him credit each and every day of the week for being the phenomenal singer he was back in the day. They both were, he and Bobby Hatfield. The two of them together, they will always be remembered.

Would love to see them perform in LV. Anyone know where to find their event schedule?
@@LiveInLasVegas Thank you so much! I was just at the Composers Room on Friday to see "80's Things!" It was a blast!!! 🥳 🎊 🎉

Older artists deserve to able (and are wanted) to perform even if they aren't always hitting the highest notes anymore -- without being ripped to shreds by critics. In his later years, Sinatra's voice was roughened by years of Jack Daniels and cigarettes. Instead of lip syncing, like some (not going to name names... Frankie Valli -- oops), Sinatra let it all hang out. The occasional gravel in his voice even added a dramatic element to some of the torch ballads, and it never affected his ability to sell out the biggest sports domes out there. And occasionally he would still hit some impressive and loooong notes, even when he was pushing 80 -- maybe just to see if the band was paying attention. Lol

It bums me out when rockers never do acoustic and Billy is at the top of that list for me. This is the closest thing I’ve found. I would just love to see home rock some acoustic guitar. Maybe there’s stuff out there I’m just not aware of. I wanna say Jimi has like 1 or 2 as well
