What kind of detergent would you recommend for washing Muay Thai shorts?

Which brand for least bulky? Im a very small guy and want to buy 14oz-16oz but dont want it to be too big in size as im thinking it might affect my hand mobility in sparring

Awesome video on sweeps and trips. There are not a lot of videos on KZbin that cover this great topic. It would be great if you could put out more videos on the topic. Your explanations are better than course from Evolve University and Dynamic Striking on that topic. I don't want to knock their courses on this topic because they are fantastic and definitely worth the money but your explanations are clearer. I am surprised that more people are not posting comments about what a good video this is. There are not too many things that can mess with your opponent's head more than if you unexpectedly dump them. Sweep are definitely one of the more spectacular sparring and fighting moves.

I wouldn’t recommend the drills boxing gloves for sparring, I use them and it’s because of the stiff padding on the knuckles, it makes them feel like bricks. I would say there better suited for bag work.

Cool video. I grew up in the late 80s and 90s and, while I was very young when the full-contact kickboxing scene was at its peak, I remember it and have spent a fair amount of time in the last few years watching old matches and highlights. I think it was a very cool scene and an awesome era of martial arts, and I appreciate the ruleset and wish that it was more popular today.

I have a pair of boon gloves and I really like them, I actually have their traditional and compact models and both are great for training and sparring

I would like to see a breakdown of all the different fairtex gloves as i am about to buy gloves. You could include a section about their shinguards too, i'm also interested in fairtex pads if you know anything about them.

Another couple of pairs that are on this tier and are sufficient for about a year's worth of use if you are in a fight gym and going 3-5 times a week are RDX F7 & F4

You forgot to mention that the player Samart also had the highest level of ambidexterity ever seen in muy Thai, allowing him to have no disconnect when attacking or using his footwork from either side. Truly the GOAT.

Whilst I don't recommend getting punched in the face and dumped on your arse, much to the amusement of your buddies, finding a well run club and training with real people is definitely the way to go..
