Which of all gloves you’ve ever used have the best kuckle protection possible for extremely hard heavy bags? I can’t find a pair of gloves that will protect my knuckles and I’ve spent an insane amount on different ones 😭

Idk what style I am but I have done one trial class and one full class now, coach was just showing me 1-6 I started getting the hang of it and felt like I was smashing the pads either way little effort (dude on the side says “yea but last 3min doing that”) idk if he was talking to me but I have been very active with jiu jitsu for a while . so my tank wasn’t even dipped into, maybe I do power hits? I’m not even sure, it felt good to connect. Side note I haven’t even introduced legs yet so I’m sure that’s a power drain in and of itself.

Hello! Is using grab from Hua Hin central to Sitjaopho possible? We’re going to visit there for a week and was wondering if it’s possible to go to the gym without renting scooters

Muaythai is a sport version of Muaythai Boran which is a martial art used in ancient war. Muaythai Boran has 4 distinct style and no rule at all so grappling and locking is also included

How is Muay thai different than kick boxing?

Muay Thai had various origination, it might trace roots to the Tai kradai or Mons or Burmese from the Western corridor of modern Thailand. Wraping hand with rope was origniate from the Burmese style. Before that it was a bare knuckle fight.

Im thinking about starting Muay Thai but i have titanium rods in my forearm arm from a severe arm break i got a couple years back basically i broke my entire forarm in half into the shape of the letter "r" and my bone shot right through my tendons and out the side of my arm and it required surgery for fixing and the titanium rods are set to stay in my arm forever and it hasn't got the full range of motion or power it use to have and I'm nervous about embarrassing myself especially with being a pack a day smoker and being 50 lbs overweight i know im probably gonna be gassing out on the little things and I'm not gonna be able to do very many pushups right off the bat i feel like i can get my arm use to it but im not quite sure about that yet ... I've been working out trying to get in better shape and ive also been trying to eat healthier as well i know for certain i wanna go I'm just nervous to be quiet honest

I've been seeing him on Instagram and Facebook ever since I got into Muay Thai, and it's pretty unbelievable how tough he is. Letting much larger students just kick him full force, over and over again, he's gotta have a steel skeleton. I only hope I'm as badass as that guy when I'm in my 50s. Much respect

I find that putting hand wraps in the dryer seems to make it less wrinkly and tangled, and easier to roll up by hand.

Are they really that good for clinching? I have primos which I really like but gonna get phenom head gear and want matching gloves. I want gloves with good wrist support but have a very malleable finger box. Will these allow me to comfortably open my palm? Fairtex are my favourite for this purpose.

I like how you emphasized the weight inconsistincies. I own 3 Mexican style gloves and they are all overweight by 1-4 oz. They are all supposed to be 16 oz. one pair was 20 oz. I use those for bag conditioning not sparring though. the other two pairs are 1 and 2 oz's overweight. I still love them all though.

Hi sir just to check as you're a southpaw, are you left handed and left legged or left handed and right legged? I just started muay thai about 2 months in. I'm a natural left handed and right legged. Southpaw in boxing but all my MT trainers trained me as orthodox in MT as i'm right legged. It was uncomfortable and awkward at first. But i'm getting the hang of it now. Any advise?

Ive been training at a good Muay Thai gym my city. Learned plenty of basic Muay Thai skills, but my anxiety disorder was such a set back. Not necessarily the experience of practicing Muay Thai but more the traveling. These videos do help retain the skill set. While I’m also working on the anxiety.
