Not really. Statistically speaking the corrupted Saber is stronger than Berserker (she was on relatively equal footing in her normal state). And in truth the corruption of Berserker really did nothing to enhance him. The Berserker class servant is already a class for Corrupted heroic spirits, alongside the Avenger class. The Mad Enhancment of the Berserker class already gives the Servant the enhanced strength. The corruption of Angra Mainyu (in the form of Sakura) couldn't enhance it anymore than it already had been. On top of that Berserker is a Demigod, with a noble phantasm that makes him practically immortal. A part of him was still alive after being corrupted, which is why he was so desperately trying to save Illya even after being corrupted. However he knew that he himself couldn't do it because he could not control his body. So it fell to Shirou to stop him, and he knew that. Which is why he purposefully held his body back with what little remained of himself so Shirou could strike him down with Nine Lives Blade Works. Besides, this isn't the first time Shirou has killed Berserker. In the first route Shirou killed Berserker with the Projected Caliburn, which managed to take out all of Berserker's remaining revives in a single Poke... if anything Berserker was done dirty in that route of Fate. The third version gave us a spectacular conclusion to Berserker's reign as a Main servant, and allowed us to witness one of the most desired scenes of the entire Fate series.
