I lived in Highland Park on 9th Ave, a straight shot up Highland Park Blvd. from the camp. Campers walked past my house daily to resources in White Center. If I was out in my yard, they might ask for a smoke, or to use my bathroom. I frequently dropped donations of clothes and shoes for the women there. The camp was well run as far as I saw.

@@LBKXiLo Or it's coming from the side of the homes, or it wasn't from that car, or it was fired at the car, or the car sped up when the driver heard the shots, either way the car cannot be confirmed to be in motion when the sound of gunfire is heard, which would be required. Ackshually 🤓Since the gunfire itself cannot be witnessed you can't say it was any one thing. A detective wouldn't be too quick to rule out the existence of another option even though his opinion cannot be confirmed by lack of line of sight; If you wanna get technical with someone go all of the way or none of the way.
