Amen! I have a friend who also met God thru Osteen and it's like, hey, we always grow and learn more--and we need all the personalities. I haven't heard much from Morris either, but, yeah this readiness for someone to declare someone false and not discuss it is a big problem. Even in my chats on these videos! It's so funny, cuz they drop some comment and anyone who has seen the video knows that they didnt--or they would never embarrass themselves with a drive by agreement to the sarcastic question on the video thumbnail 🤣🤣

There are no two individuals who think and believe the exact same everything. Even our understanding is limited by how we think and reason and use words. So, knowing that, what do you think Seymour meant, what was the context? What was the theological issue that he was most interested in at that time?

@ReverendElation it's in his writing about "Power to overcome". I think he meant the highest consecration to God and highest doctrine as Seymour puts William Durham out for preaching a new thing: progressive Sanctification or what He called the "finished work" doctrine. Kinda like a bad apple spoiling a bunch

@@georgenanopoulos6369 The video I am reviewing criticized Todd White and the others, and I am critiquing their claims. It's awesome to pray for others to be saved, and God can do so many things to help someone along in answer to our prayer. The people who made the little video in the corner didn't like the idea, but they had the idea wrong, and their criticism of Todd was bogus.

@@chrislioi6035 the sign gifts ceased with the completion of the cannon of scripture. Scripture tells us to have nothing to do with false teachers and heretics. We can certainly pray that they repent of their false teaching if they are regenerate. If they aren’t regenerate then we pray for their salvation.

But of course, they have things from God to say, just not about Holy Spirit power and the New Covenant and stuff. The idea that being influential in the world is of the world one of the biggest lies that the American church bought.

Dear sir, I agree with you. God wants the Christian to dominate the world through His righteousness, peace, joy, and love. Hallelujah to the Lord for His overcoming the world and the Devil! Revelation 19 verse 8 says, "Fine linen, bright and clean, was given her to wear. Fine linen stands for the righteous acts of the saints." Sir, I believe the righteousness of God is as Mark 16: 15-18 says. "Drive out demons, speak in new tongues... place their hands on the sick and they shall recover." And many more things that are made available through our righteous standing with God in the Lord Jesus Christ. :) Mr. Rev Elation, the Lord is very awesome. I am knowing Him more and more. And these past few years, He is getting sweeter and sweeter as the years go by. And sir, I am glad God used you and your voice recordings from sermons of great men of God in relaying this messages into the world. I am also very glad that you know Mr. Kenneth E Hagin. My favorite of these great American preachers along with Dr. John G Lake. He was someone who met the Lord in visions but did not let it go to his head. But he instead walked in love. That is why he died the way he did: 86 years old, facing his wife smiling, all while taking breakfast early on a Sunday morning. Our God is good, Mr. Rev Elation. Do not ever stop what you are doing and continue to be a blessing to others in even more fulfilling ministries! God bless you sir.
