Thanks for the tip about holding the blade when emptying the processor. I usually take it out, but then putting it back gets that center part dirty when putting it back on. I just purchased a Dukkah blend and wanted to see what I can use it in and found your video. Once this is used up, I think I might eventually make my own and a bit milder. I read that it's good on chicken, so that's going to be something we try as carnivore/ketovores. I would like to try it on an occasional veg -- or bread -- one day as well, as a commenter mentioned.

This just popped up, so I made it for dinner with roast lamb and roast potatoes. Added some fine green beans and halved cherry tomatoes to the roasting tray. Delish 😋

They recently took this salad off the menu. I’m so sad!! It was my go to!!! Now I don’t have a reason to go to Bruxie anymore. I miss this salad! But maybe now I can make it at home!! Thank you for the video!! ❤

Wonderful! Grazie! I have seen octopus being scrubbed with coarse sea salt to get rid of mucus. Is that a cleaning step that you do? Referring to an earlier comment about freezing,; while nothing beats freshness, I thought freezing uncooked fresh octopus didn't particularly hurt it (the way it ruins crab); indeed, some even say it's a tenderizer. Would you mind sharing the Serento olive oil Alessandro said he could drink

Don't be silly, of course you can mix meat and fish together. Chinese cuisine is filled with meat and fish dishes, not to mention Creole, French, Spanish and so on.

Hi Cathy! Thank you for making this series of videos. I look forward to watching them when they land in my feed. Always so interesting!! I know North Italia is more of a chain v these independent restaurants you like to feature. Do you think maybe you can get them to demo their butternut squash soup? There is a flavor in there that I cannot identify but makes the soup so YUMMY! I am normally not a fan of butternut squash but that soup is divine. I would love to make it this fall. Thank you and keep up the great work! :D
