I am currently using RD M8000 too. Trying to convert to 12speed. Will need to get new 12 spd shifter, cassette and shimano 12spd chain. Awesome Bro. The RD M8000 shifting for 12speed still looks very smooth

Newer shimano hubs sound great, problem with these m8110’s and others is the free hub design and its habit of disintegrating.

I try already to install in Deore M6000 levers and it works as well, if you want to try in other Deore series,you can remove the piston from your lever first then compare if they are the same👌👍

hi bro can I use xt rd m8000 sgs 11s on deore 11-51t 11s cassette with any problems? i wanna use 51t cassette but shimano's manual provides only use 46t(1x11) cassette

I think you can use it bro, just replace your chain & change the rd pulley to oversize jockey wheels.
