I'm going back and watching all your videos from the start. So much good information you share and so helpful to me as a relatively new vegetarian (7 months). I came over from your other channel and enjoy all your content.

I received three bags of Noochy Licious but don’t yet know how to use it. Nowhere online could I find a simple cheese sauce to use for macaroni and cheese. I’m wondering if you would share your recipe, please. The back of my bag points to a website to obtain recipes however, I have yet to see anything appear in my inbox I’m kind of frustrated hopeful. Thank you much!

Thank you so much for this recipe. Question ... Do the onion and garlic NEED to be granulated? I have the powder of both but not the granulated. I'd rather NOT buy each in granulated form if I don't HAVE to.

I've Cosori for 5 years and it does maintain the temperature. it won't stay at 230 or what ever temp you set it. that doesn't work. never did. I called support and she said it only shows the temp of the plate. that's what it does maintain the temp in the cup. and after awhile it drops. right now my half cup of coffee is 138 in the cup. the plate says 189.7. and it slowly drops. That's why they give you a lid to keep it hot. So it is not the best. Looking for one that gets hot and stay hot

I work on the cook line at P.F. Chang’s. You essentially made Beef and Broccoli with ‘Mongo’ sauce. :) If you added peanuts then I don’t know what it would be. Nice video!!

I just made this by hand and slightly fluffed it, mixed my flours, added extra water and tablespoon of oil and kneaded for 8mins. Was worried it was a bit tight after shaping but it rose beautifully and came out perfectly. Seriously impressed. Making this my go to now. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. I'll be sharing with my friends in UK & Australia.

$340 and all it does is make plant milk? "This machine is basically just a Vitamix"? So you are saying that it can also do all the other things a Vitamix can do at about the same price? You might want to reword that claim because it doesn't even come close to a Vitamix and I doubt it will last as long. I had my first Vitamix for 25 years! You can make cashew milk in a Vitamix and you won't even have to strain it and it will take less than a minute. As another poster said, put warm water in the Vitamix with a couple of drops of soap and run it for 30 to 60 seconds and it's clean.

Just something to point out, for if you are confused why the oat milk doesn't taste as sweet as store-bought (even no added sugar store-bought) - it's because those companies use an enzyme on the oat milk, which breaks down some of the carbs in the oats into sugars, making it sweeter on the pallet, while still technically not adding any extra sugar. Not sure how easy it is to buy the enzyme
