@@jacobcantor2597 Stagger breathing is a thing that hornlines do so that everybody can take time to breath but it sounds like the sound never changes. Basically what they're doing for the first part of this video. I never hear a volume or balance change in the steady pulse even though people are obviously taking breaks.

This is a very talented group. But, I don't like the bass drums that they are playing on. I feel like this group's sound is muffled and they'd sound much better on some different bass drums. The bass drums are at fault. Not the ones who are playing the bass drums. Those drums are a prick in their talent. Plus, those bass drums are an ugly color too.

the drums fit the theme of the show, as for tuning thats how bass drums are supposed to be tuned especially for indoor

I’m not sure but I worked it out to start with 3/4 dotted quarter notes into a 5:4 polyrhythm. Not sure what the basses are doing.
