Sir maine bank auction mai flat liya hai par builder badmash hai trasfer nahi kar rha hai.builder dues jama kar diye the,aur 3 months ke baad usne dues bhi return kar diye hai. Mai rentbpar rah rha ho hear patient ho, flat transfer ke liye kaha jaaye jaaye ki short time mai flat transfer hokar registry karaai ja sake uske baad builder par hrashmane,badmashi,420 ke case ke liye kya kiya jaaye and consumer court mai kitna companastarion dala jaaye,mere heart ka operation hona tha,flat mai shift hone kenbaad karaana tha ,builder ne bhag daud bahutbkaraa di hai par builder transfer nahi kar rha hai,ye sb traleatment ki copies bhi maine buildernke email par dali hui hai

Sir plzz elaborate how to see the builder's response from UP RERA portal. Everytime I attend the hearing, the builder says that I have uploaded my answer on the portal but when I visit the portal on my complaint, I get no such response. Please elaborate how can I find the builder's response on the portal

Redevelopment agreement builder is not executed even after complition of building and possession also not given .Also arrears of rent is not paid from one and half year. Carpet area is not given as per maharera Act-2016.where to lodge complaint.?.

Sari duniya bhar ki problems employee jhele, employee hi acha relation banaye company ke saath, company employee ke saath jo marzi karti rahe, company ka kya jata hai? achi salaries deni nhi, agar koi better offer bhi milta hai to bhi employee ka offer khrab kar do, usko jabardasti bitha kar bethe raho, companies ke pass agar replacement nhi to esme employee ka kya dosh? company cost cutting karne ke liye aapki replacement na hire kare and aapko zabardasti bitha kar bethi rahe to employee to fir company ka gulam hua. Mera to notice period bhi khatam ho gya tha, muje jane hi nhi diya gya, reason being replacement nhi thi, company ne agar replacement nhi hire ki etne months se to mera koi dosh nhi, mere pass apne personal kaam nhi hain kya? mai kab tak kutte ke jese betha rahun company me? Unko to apna kaam dikhta hai, mai bhi fir apne bare me hi sochuga

Sir hamne jinse flat liya hai unke or mere sale deed me parking likha hai but builder or jinse hamne flat liya unke aapas me problem hai Builder hame parking ka allotment letter de nhi Raha bol raha ki parking ka allotment chahiye to pese do muje ya jinse liya unse paise niklwa ke do ham kya kare ab

सर, आमच्या सोसायटी मधील 3 defaulters नि गेले 6 वर्षे सोसायटी maintenance charges भरलेच नाहीयेत . त्यांना वेळोवेळी letter देण्यात आले आहे . पण तरीही भारत नाहीत . जर सोसायटीला या बाबत कारवाई करायची असेल तर नवीन सहकार नियमा प्रमाणे आम्हाला वकिला तर्फे demand नोटिस पाठवावी लागेल की सोसायटी कमिटी स्वतः ती नोटिस पाठवू शकते ? आणि जसे तुम्ही या video मध्ये म्हणालात त्या प्रमाणे सेक्शन 154 /29 च्या अंतर्गत पुढील कारवाई करावी का? धन्यवाद 🙏🙏

में ने अमदावाद में ntc एक्ट के तहत बनी सोसायटी में कर्मशियल दुकान शेर होल्डर से खरीद की है । सोसायटी मेरे नाम से सर्टिफिकेट नही दे रही है । मेरे से मीटिंग तक नही कर रहे । ट्रैफिक ओर पानी ज्यादा use होगा ये कह रही है पर मेरे साथ कोई मीटिंग नही कर रहे । मेरे लिए नगरपालिका समेत अन्य बिजनेस सर्टिफिकेट के लिए शेर सर्टिफिकेट आवश्यक है । अब में क्या करूँ ? Please

Sir, thank you for sharing the information. One question I am not able to find answer is Can builder allocate more than one parking against one flat ? There are members who don't have parking but few flats have multiple parking allocated. This is prior to RERA. Thanks

One more scenario.. Please help me with this If any employee joines in between of month like joining on 18 and on next month he resigned and he has to serve 1 month notice period then then xan employees leaves and thing in mind that company has not pay a single rupee to his employee so how recover will be done and what are legal obligations on employee

Sir Mai notice period nhi kiya hu. Risganation dalne ke bad 5 din tak notice period service Kiya hu Mai koi fraud nhi kiya aur nhi us company koi Asset hai. Aur company mujhe se 90 din ka recovery 64k nikali hai. Aur mujhe HR Se coll aya ki ap jb notice period recovery pay karenge tabhi apko Experience Reliving letter diya jayega. Kya mai company ke upar lagal case FIR krva sakta hu kya. Sir only meri basic salary 9k thi unhone meri 90 days ki notice period recovery 64k kaise nikali kuchh bata nhi rhe hai. Aur bol rahe hai.jb tak notice period recovery pay nhi kroge tab Tak apko reliving letter nhi denge
