Did you just say exhaust??!! That's a intake mainfold😂 lol the carburetor mixes gas with air going into the cylinder the combustion fumes come out of the exhaust intake goes in the exhaust exits lol😂 0:21 or maybe you u just said it wrong i do that too but just leting you know that's a intake take

I’d be checking out the wiring for the kill switch, it might be vibrating and touching something and killing the motor, and the governer spring, it could be loose and letting the motor over rev and shutting it down. I’d say it’s governor related because it keeps restarting. I think I’d be changing it to a brake pedal rather than a lever, so I could keep 2 hands on the wheel. The pedal is there and there’s a master cylinder in the front too by the looks. Since you’re not running a clutch or a gearbox, I’d be using a pedal for the brake. Also maybe a different camera location would be better for the viewers when you’re driving, all we see is your feet at the moment so it’s not super exciting.

I found out that I had to unplug the oil sensor and it fixed the problem. I will also be doing a different Camara angle in the next video don't worry 👍

Well what happened is that the chain flew off the sprocket which caused the sprocket to get stuck on the axle and the engine back fires a lot so I decided to use the opportunity to get a good title.

If its got a torque converter then its not a manual gearbox,wwhich i presume is what you call a "shifter" cart. Has it got 3 pedals? Clutch brake and throttle?

It was originally a shifter kart with a dirt bike engine and three pedals, however I am 212 predator swapping it. I still refer to it as a shifter kart bc that is what it was originally.

There are many tutorials on KZbin on how to install one, but you mainly want to install the cable through the stick on the engine.

I got a 100 dollar titanium from harbor freight. It has adjustable voltage and wire feed and just plugs into a standard wall outlet. I have years welding experience and I was able to produce good looking and structural welds

After cleaning it all totally up , you should have painted it a nice glossy Yellow to match the truck !!! Make it pretty !!! You could even put Red pinstripes on it too !!!
