I'll help you bro, Top 10 for me are, Shanks, Mihawk NW, Wano Law, Rayleigh, Queen, Shiki, Wano Luffy, WCI Sanji, Kizaru, and Kuzan NW. Honorable Mentions are Prime Rayleigh, Katakuri, and Prime White beard a lot of people use them especially Prime White Beard

For me he is not that good. Look at NW Zoro his skills has better range. Onigiri skill is a long range attack in anime now look at the game its nothing but bunch of sword swings, he is so slow and the haki on and off is so bad they could made his haki on just like Shanks or NW Mihawk not 3 normal attacks. Not only that his so slow when attacking.
