If these two are still looking at how Liverpool played under klopp then this highlights how they are missing the subtle changes to play and are underestimating the team, making mistakes . They need to look closely at their own team and tactics, specifically pep given city's current points .

Klopp was magnificent, make no mistake, but even he couldn’t unleash the raw talent of some of his own players that he brought in, for instance Gravenberch as a No 6, played Macca and Gakpo out of position. As for Slot, for me it seems he’s managing to reach the depth of each player on their individual levels. Many of them seem to be transformed, with one or two exceptions. On Nunez, whilst being a hardworker, he’s not doing his core responsibility of scoring, for he goes too far back to also help defensively. My take is he can improve on his scoring if he sticks in or around the box and gets serviced either from midfielders or the two full-backs.

He is way ahead of Klopp. Remember Klopp struggled finding scores at some point last year. But look at what Slot has done. Gravenberch is a beast now under Slot compared to Klopp. Diaz brings more value as a false 9. Substitutions are key and Slot unlocks that door to victory. The guy is great.
