This happened on my second birthday. Tragic.

I was leaving in the NY state in 2013 when this outbreack happened, it was truly majestic, I am very lucky to witness it.

Never see the beauty inside the suffer of ear - fisted, beat by beat, army rise when sun awake, army fall when there is no more mate. The cicada is rare in our country, there is no regret when they "gone", sun still rise, people still wait inside their mind.

I’m 16 and the cicada is my favorite insect. I’ve been watching this video for years. I always find myself coming back to watch it. :) Love watching these guys and collecting and releasing!

I just visited my Dad in Kentucky, they were everywhere. Such cool bugs.

Some people call them disgusting. Some people call them annoying. Some people absolutely hate them. I am fascinated by them and I feel so bad for them because they have so short of a life above the ground.
