Are you stupid? No personal safety gear nor equipment (gloves, glasses, gas mask, shoes), violation of rules about fire (pellets maker is the centre of the plastic waste), violation of personal safe rules (don't put your hands in moving machinery), emission of toxic and cancer genetic fumes and gasses.(machinery is obsolete and a filtering system is absent), production of toxic and cancer genetic plastic (the dark gray colour is typical of oxidated pigments as aniline and too high temperature melting process), violation of rules about electric systems (the board with very old switches). So your plant isn't safe, it isn't green.

No OSHA there. No belt guards, and open electrical connections. What could go wrong? (And this is in the first few seconds of the video.) Although I'd like to know what steps he is doing.
