We don’t get a year out of these because none of our other custodians take our job seriously. These are not cheap. And it takes so long to get new ones. It’s a lost cause.

the batteries on my machine was changed a few months ago i been taking care of them watching the water level cleaning them yet the charge goes down drastically in only 30 mins

@@Masteringourminds they had to be replaced ,never found out the problem...but one time it was a bad cable the 2nd time i wasn't told what was wrong with it

im having battery issues on the same machine. Everytime i replace a dead battery another one dies. i cleaned all the terminals but still have the same problem. water levels are good not sure what's going on.
