Good video , i got the cable reinstalled fine but could not get the cable connected to the plastic spring loaded throttle control. I see the hole where the barrel goes but tried for an hour and gave up. Is there a trick to that. Would it be easier if i removed the gas tank?

Have owned a Jet Surf for 5 years and assumed it was almost impossible to do any of this yourself unless you were a mechanic. I have watched your video 2 times already absolutely love the way you explain each detail and little show tricks to help. Wish we had someone like you in Florida USA

My bearing keeps grabbing after i start the boar 2 or 3 times have gone through a lot of one-way bearings. Any advice? Thanks

Got an odd one with my 2019 race dfi. Used it this week and the throttle stuck. The handle trigger was not pushed out so it was loose. Got back to shore after using kill switch to avoid rocks. On beach I checked engine and the butterfly that the throttle cable attaches to was locked open I jiggled it and it released and handle is working perfectly on press and release. Went back out and still full throttle and then cuts out. Took home and changed for brand new handle electric as I have spare and same issue. Also changed spark plug but left scratching my head now wondering what would hold the throttle open and after the black spring mounted butterfly I released why it’s still full throttle

Owned jetsurf since 2017 and was a joy to watch it been removed with helpful tips along the way. very cool video Thankyou

Is it possible to upgrade from regular exhaust to titanium? On a race dfi board?

Hi, is it possible to upgrade the exhaust, from this regular to titanium exhaust? My board it's the Race DFI. I totally forgot to clean the tip and the ball and last part of the exhaust got melted. I am currently running without it which to be honest doesn't make that much difference in terms of sound and board feels slightly faster, so I kind of like it like this.

Do I *NEED* to remove the engine to replace my exhaust gum gasket?

Good afternoon. Please tell me, is it necessary to pour lubricant into the crankcase on such an engine, where the crankshaft is located? Or is it lubricated with oil that is mixed with gasoline? Thank you.

Great Video Rod, Are you positive your suppose to put all that grease on the one-way Sprag Bearing??.....I was told my 2022 Titanium DFI board freewheel bearings does not require greasing and just replace the entire unit every 25-30 hours of use.
