This method may work for bitter leaf and not all veggies cos If you use this method for others especially ugu leaf like you mentioned, you end up eating chaff and not getting any nutrients from the veggies

You’re probably putting it inside a very good flask. The heat inside the flask liquifies it. Don’t use the inner cover of the flask just use the outer cup to cover the flask when the pap is still very hot

Too much soya beans does that. Why do they roast all the ingredients anyway? We only roast gnut and soya beans and we don't wash the soya beans
