Hey what mic you use? I'm wanting to start again my issue was I didn't notice much of a difference after 30 days of doing it compared to peoples 7 days.... Butima do it for 3 months and stay consistent

tbh theres no brand logo on the mics, theyre my moms. but any wireless mic from amazon works.
